Bio: Gunjan is a Developer Programs Engineer working on Google Apps APIs. Before joining Google, he completed his degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

Google Apps Script which is a Server side scripting language, based on JavaScript. It runs directly on Google servers to provide direct access to their many products such as gmail, calendar.
If you want to to send 100s of mails for an event addressing the recipient, just write a script less than 10 lines of code and you are done. You require only a Google account to use Apps Script.
